What will your role be?

• organization, coordination and management of project preparation from A to Z
• responsibility for qualitative, technical, economic and time parameters of projects
• supervision of project evaluation and processing of price offers
• setting project goals and their continuous checking and updating
• preparation and checking of contractual documentation with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• budget management, risk analysis and reporting on the status of projects
• creating schedules and monitoring the development of work according to contractual documentation
• implementing projects into the production process and coordinating production procedures
• communication with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• active participation in the project team and participating in the development of projects

Who are we looking for?

• an experienced project manager with 7+ years of experience
• a second or third university degree graduate in the field of construction, architecture, project management
• a technically proficient person with the ability to read and process technical documentation
• a precise and consistent professional with excellent organizational and communication skills
• a person with the advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• orientation in AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage
• language skills: English or German at level B2
